Oil and emulsion mist filter
Het NX mechanical oil mist filter is designed to extract oil and emulsion mist that arises when turning, drilling, sawing, punching, cutting etc. Your work space will stay free of oil mist, keeping it cleaner and healthier. The HEPA filter increases the efficiency to over 99.99% . The air can safely be recirculated to save significantly on heating costs. The FLX and Mobi-oil always come with a HEPA filter.
Attaching directly onto the machine
The FLX and NX were designed to attach directly to the machine. The unit can be installed in a way that the filter automatically switches on when the machine does. No complicated suction lines or difficult electrical installations are needed for this unit. It is simple and efficient.
Mobile extraction
The Mobi-oil was especially designed to extract the oil mist where it arises. The unit can easily be moved and the extractor arm allows you to extract from the sources at all times.
The NX 400 has a Thebiet of approx. 400m³/h. Dimensions: 450x450x850mm. (hxwxl).
The FLX 600 has a Thebiet of approx. 600m³/h. Dimensions: 515x1020x435mm. (hxwxl).
The NX 600 has a Thebiet of approx. 600m³/h. Dimensions: 510x560x850mm. (hxwxl).
The FLX 1100 has a Thebiet of approx. 1,100 m³/h. Dimensions: 605x1020x515mm. (hxwxl).
Seven step filtration
The oil/emulsion mist is efficiently filtered in 7 steps:
- Intake chamber with prefilter
- Twisted metal prefilter
- EU-5 fiberglass filter mat
- Labyrinth extractor
- EU-5 fiberglass filter mat
- Twisted metal postfilter
- HEPA filter (for emulsion mist) or labyrinth extractor and EU-7 glass fiber filter mat (for oil mist)
Filters 1, 2, 4 and 6 can be cleaned. Filters 3, 5, and 7 must be replaced when the suction capacity decreases. The NX and the Mobi-oil combine steps 3, 5, and 6.
Collection Liquid FLX
The collected liquid is drained through two pipes at the bottom of the FLX filter and can be sent back into the machine through a hose. This way you also save on cooling agents and lubricants.
Verzamelde vloeistof NX Mobi-oil and NX
In the Mobi-oil, the liquid is collected in 2 containers underneath the unit. The NX does not collect the liquid, it will go back into the machine.
