Powerful mobile dust collector designed for source capture and cleaning in tough conditions, suitable for use in all areas where there is a potential explosion hazard. Also suitable for extraction of hazardous substances.
The dust is collected in the filter unit in three stages. The cyclone effect of the filter unit separates the dust particles with a particle size of at least 10 μm. The dust is then filtered through a cartridge filter. The remaining very fine dust, if any, is separated using a Hepa H13 filter with a dust separation efficiency of 99.995%.
The filter unit can be cleaned manually using the so-called reverse-pulse system. The conical shape of the filters and this highly effective cleaning method guarantee a long filter life. The separated material is collected in a steel container under the unit. The filters can be changed dust-free.
