This stainless steel dust extractor was especially made to be used in an environment where there are high standards due to electrostatic discharge (ESD) and in environments where explosion security is applicable (ATEX zone 22). This unit is also very suitable in case of high hygiene standards.
The machine is equipped with a motor without carbon brushes and other accessories are ESD executed. The HEPA filter has 99.995% dust collecting efficiency. Because of the cyclone, the machine and the filters are guaranteed to have a long life span. The extracted material is collected in a container at the bottom of the cyclone. The container can be easily disconnected and emptied by taking away the two clamps. The container can also be equipped with a synthetic bag. To use this equipment in an environment with high risk of explosion you are dependent on the type of zone you classify yourself as.
