DC 3800 Turbo EX dust control
Powerful mobile explosion safe dust extractor suitable for industries where there is a high risk of explosion and where there are special hygiene requirements, such as the food industry and the manufacturing of electronic components.
The DC 3800 H EX Turbo is equipped with two big wheels and a solid frame with two handles. The dust extraction in the filter unit happens in three phases. Because of the filter unit cyclone the dust particles that are at least 10 µm. in size are extracted. The remaining very fine dust, if still present, is will be extracted with the help of a micro filter (HEPA13) with 99,995%dust collecting efficiency which comes with all models.
The main filter can be cleaned manually through the so-called reverse-pulse system. The conical shape of the filter and the highly effective cleaning method guarantee a long life span for the collector. The vacuumed material is collected in a synthetic bag underneath the unit.
The DC 3800C also has a manometer that indicates when filter cleaning and replacement are necessary.
